The brand Capture is about the latest fashion trends, and fashion photography. Everything that is current or soon to be released will be the aim of this company. The logo represents the aperture of a camera. Since the book focuses on fashion photography, the aperture of a camera fits well with the meaning. After designing the aperture I combined the letter C to form the current logo ( a distorted letter C to play off the beginning of the word capture.) Also with the formation of the two elements it creates a sense of movement along with Gestalt aspect of closure.
