An experimental animated film by Alopra, Cafeka is the result of the collective creativity of Studio staff. Directed by Nicholas Paim and Natalia Cristine, the stop motion and 2D animation film is a play on Kafka’s most famous book, The Metamorphosis. First published in 1915, it tells the story of a travelling salesman, Gregor Samsa, who wakes to find himself transformed into an insect. Cafeka, on the other hand, provokes the audience by referring to the overuse of coffee and its possible side effects. Read Less
