The objective of this project was to create concepts for a beverage producer that had a younger, middle to upper-class target market. This included creating a company name, logo, and packaging based on our target. I decided to work with champagne, because I thought the majority of current branding and bottle designs for champagne were very beautiful, but essentially most existing brands are pretty straight laced and have a very traditional look and feel to them. They have a place in the market, but I wanted to add an exciting alternative. I wanted to create a bottle that was not only beautiful, but also cool, interesting, and captivating for those who are in their 20s-30s. Additonally, I was really fascinated by the science behind what causes the bubbles to flow in champagne, - Carbon Dioxide develops in champagne during the fermentation process - thus, that lead to the naming of the brand.
