CESI is a non-profit financial service that was seeking to get the word out about all of the free and low cost services that they could offer to their target markets, which are the elderly, African American and Hispanic populations. These cards were a cost effective marketing tool that netted them, on average, 10 new clients each month they were utilized over a 6 month period.
