CASA started the transition from publishing a printed Annual Report to an interactive Annual Report in 2011. In 2012 CASA worked with Riverbed Design to fully commit their Annual Report to be an online experience, supplemented with a small mailer. In many ways this opened the door for CASA to explore other ways to communicate with their stakeholders. Riverbed designed interactive tools, animation, and worked with Hand Crank Films
to create two videos for a richer experience. This web-based communications piece enables CASA to access analytics that directly track what their audience is interested in, drive call to actions towards fundraising, and give their stakeholders a place to interact with CASA in real time.
