In 2010, when the homeware boutique Brompton Cross moved its premises it also added a camp fashion twist to its in-store collateral (including window displays). Inspired by the company's name and its location in the alternative lifestyle village of De Waterkant in Cape Town, we invited real cross-dressers to model selected products. The campaign featuring Olivia, Gabrielle, and Odidi became something of a talking point for customers, passers-by, and local design magazines. Read Less
