This campaign aims to be ironic about the fact of the election of Bogotá- Colombia as "The  World's book Capital" The Irony is based in the statistics, mainly the fact that the average of books that are read a year is 1,5. It's a really low media for being choosen as "The World's book Capital".
The average of books read by an student decreased in 2007 8,3%.
