I had the chance to tour the tracks of the Texas Motor Speedway and decided the track would make an excellent backdrop for a car project. The images where shot at the time using only available light. I rendered the race cars and the VW Bus using Modo 701. The Volkswagen Van has been painted using Photoshop and several references. The 3D mesh for the VW Van has been provided by Jay Hardy. who happened to be an amazing Blender artist.
