Design of a new food cutter, in order to solve the main problems of the classical models of the company.
The machine is characterized by a revolving rollers system that capture and retain the slice.
Once the slice is imprisoned between the two series of rollers,an engine allows the rotation of the structure 90 degrees: then the slice is released on a mobile plate re-using the rollers.
The combination of the movement of the plate and the movement of the tape allows the composition of the slices in a customized pattern.
