  • In an attempt to re imagine Auckland cities ailing brand and visual identity, the client made a request for a different and out of the norm visual solution, by striving to pay extra attention to the way the city feels on an emotional level rather than settling for the obvious, traditional and familiar visual cues. With the city as well as the countries economic, cultural, environmental and sustainable ambitions in mind, the visual solution takes an excitingly clean and contemporary take on the city. Inspired by the clean, green and pure landscapes that form the city, the end result is an infusion of natural flax, wind and water, inspired textures. In addition to this is the use of fresh ambient hues that help to evoke the sense of a culturally, environmentally and economically exciting city, merging the worlds of commerce and sustainability.
