Since 2005 I’ve been leading creative teams within Warner Music Group, first at Warner Music Corporate and currently at Atlantic Records. In the last two years my team has launched over 100 websites, and as of Dec 2010 have increased overall traffic by nearly 75%. The hub of our digital strategy is a beautiful, robust, stable artist property that acts as a direct to fan communication center for our artists.
Beyond traditional desktop websites, we also design and launch mobile websites, branded email campaigns, iOS and Android applications, social network skins, banner campaigns and connected albums as a service for Atlantic's artists. Most projects are designed and built in-house, with assistance from the WEA D2C team for large site launches. Stakeholders include label execs, aritst managers and often the artists themselves.
