A branded cooking site for Athenos.
More Ways to Feta is an integrated campaign featuring Yiayia, Athenos' Greek ambassador.
is inspired by Yiayia's lifestyle cooking show, where Yiayia is dropped into a modern kitchen to help demonstrate the versatility of feta to a new-world audience.

The website serves as both a brand showcase and a functional cooking site, offering recipes and videos, product nutritional information, and a store locator. And thanks to Yiayia's old-world charm, has no shortage of quirky surprises that set it apart from the other sites in its category.

My role was to build from the beginning stages to the very end. I've concepted the site experience, developed look and feel with the designer, created easter eggs, and interactive visuals. I was also overseeing the production process, UI and visual designs, UX designs, and front end development.

Stay on the recipe landing page and watch the chicken fly across the screen. Once landed, click on the chicken to receive a coupon or a tasty kraft recipe.
We may have thrust Yiayia into a sleek digital space, but we haven't abandoned her brutally honest, stubbornly anachronistic personality. lands you right in Yiayia's kitchen, where interactive visuals let users get familiar with our featured recipes (while Yiayia stares over your shoulder). The livestock pop in to offer little easter eggs—Yiayia's goat serves up time based recipe suggestions, while the chicken will drive you to one of over 200 Athenos recipes. And, of course, a 404 page sends lost users back to the site with a reproachful wag of the finger. lets you do everything from planning your meal to serving it. That's why our mobile experience is optimized for the cook on the go. Users can browse our recipes, review our product information, and most importantly, map out their shopping trip with our store locator.
