Brand: TDIC Product: Artscape Event Category: Community Art Evenings Audience Size: 1000 guests Target Audience: The UAE public at large with a focus on Abu Dhabi Event Objectives: - ArtScape Evenings are meant to bring art and culture closer to the UAE’s and Abu Dhabi’s communities - To demystify high-brow preconceptions about art and culture, thus allowing audiences to interact more directly with cultural content and to truly enjoy it - To bring in a new important date into Abu Dhabi’s cultural calendar and to enhance the city’s lifestyle by bringing in fun, interesting, and good quality events to its people - To use the opportunity and context of the Picasso Abu Dhabi exhibition in order to launch its quarterly sessions and to capitalise on the rich thematic and aesthetic dimensions of Picasso’s work for cultural enjoyment and education in Abu Dhabi Brief: - Event creative and technical development following the guidelines provided by TDIC’s Cultural Department - Event technical set up two days prior to the actual event date - Event technical management on the night of the actual event - Event production, including location design and lay out following the guidelines provided by TDIC’s Cultural Department - Creative and conceptual suggestions for event Marketing and Advertising (keeping in mind that this will be the first in a series of quarterly art evenings and that it is developed in connection with a truly high-profile exhibition) Solution: - Develop an event identity that will be used across the quarterly art evenings - Allocate several spaces that will host different performances and artistic presentations and content to the public in an informal manner - The programme will include: talks, film screenings, a reading lounge, a café area and special catering, special decoration, DJ sets, live musical performances, live painting studio, a silent and anonymous auction which proceeds will be gifted to the Future Centre’s art programme, Picasso related merchandising Services Provided: - Post-event activities - Pre-event management including RSVP - Venue selection - Creative adaptation - Branding & design: set design, printed VIP invitations, banners, cut-outs, backdrops, giveaways, Press kit, etc. - Catering - Entertainment for the main venue reception - Production: a- Communication & decorative materials b- Workshops set design, dressing up the venues, artwork display stands, full audio visual and mood set up, graphics and lighting - Post-event activities Result: Client testimonial "We are grateful for the client servicing management, meticulous planning, creative concept creation and dedication shown into handling this project that made it a success" Read Less
