LOOK - Open House Weekends Identity + Branding + Campaign Andrews began in the property business back in 1946. Since then, they’ve grown to become one of the UK’s leading residential and commercial property specialists in the South of England with over 80 branches now open. This brief was to create the branding for their Open House weekend, where proposed buyers can have an open visit to the sellers homes. I wanted to create an identity that pushed the creative boundaries of design and marketing as well as keeping it fun and engaging. The colour palette was designed to work well on uncoated stock and to develop future branding. Other branding elements included flyers, facebook app, email campaigns, signage and direct mail.
