Campaign: GenNXT

GenNxt is an initiative by American Express India (AXP India) directed at creating an eco system for the future. The aim was to make Amex a more inclusive workplace - from a gender and generational perspective – and a desirable workplace, with an eye to make it a desirable workplace for Gen Y and women.

EVP is an internal as well as external branding campaign for Amex aimed at being the employer of choice. While externally it focuses on hiring the best talent, internally it was aimed at instilling pride-in-service.
