Turning The Avenue, into a venue How do you launch a designer destination for shopping, wining, dining and relaxing, alongside a Christmas promotion at the same time? By bringing them together in one festive campaign with style and stand-out, for the most wonderful time of the year. The Avenue hosts international fashion brands and contemporary restaurants. Luxury labels from the likes of Flannels, DKNY and Armani, complemented by fashionable eateries such as The Alchemist, The Oast House and Peppermint Bay. Everything had to reflect demanding brand values, as well as create impact and footfall. All during a time when every other city centre destination demanded the same. With the help of photographer Moy Williams, our ‘Unwrapped for Christmas’ campaign was revealed on billboards and adshels throughout Manchester. While a glamorous new website and digital campaign got everyone looking, talking, texting and sharing. Results exceeded all set targets and The Avenue made an entrance, as well as a statement. “The Avenue is an exciting new luxury fashion destination in Manchester and so we needed a promotion that would communicate its point of difference in the lead up to Christmas.
