AT&T AdWorks Lab - Experiential Design

  • The AT&T AdWorks Lab is an interactive experience which takes a story driven approach to presenting data. The Media Innovations team was tasked with figuring out how to best visualize that data and present our story to visitors of the lab. My role was to lead this team from concept to execution.
    Key Innovations:
    -Story driven data visualizations and presentations for the "Lab Show".
    -Interactive touch interface with data driven result.
    -Abstract Lobby Animations
    -Lab introduction video to explain the labs purpose to potential visitors
    Below is a sampling of the work I put together:
  • Lab introduction video - this was sent as a promotional video to tease people about the lab. 
  • Lab Lobby Animations - Abstract Data representation that runs on loop in the AT&T AdWorks Lobby.
  • Lab Data Story - we created a series of animations with the focus on data visualization to help tell the AT&T AdWorks story. Below is the screen where they were displayed and the following is one of the sample slides.
  • Interactive touch interface - 60 inch HDTV turned on its side with touch capabilities. We built a browser based HTML5 touch application that helps calculate reach for a specific advertising target.
