Project of a private house 120 kilometers from Saint Petersburg for a young man. The main task of the project was to develop a room with a minimum area and maximum functionality. The area of the house is 45m², the outdoor terrace is 18m². The house is planned to be built on screw piles or a ribbon Foundation. The house is frame, inside is covered with plywood panels, outside with a seam roof and larch Planken. Designed for year-round living. The barn style was taken as a basis. The abundance of natural materials creates a cozy atmosphere. The color scheme is monochrome-black, natural wood color and accents on textiles.
In the center of the layout is a living room with panoramic Windows on both sides. The project does not provide a TV — the house is located away from neighbors and has a beautiful view from the Windows. A small kitchen is not provided for cooking a large amount of food, but it contains all the necessary appliances. A small dining table is laid out in the living room. The house has two bedrooms and a folding sofa.
The main feature of the interior is a combination of modern design in the style of barn and functional filling interior.
The main storage areas were spacious cabinets along the entire length of the house and chests of drawers along the Windows, which are used as seats.
