[Proposal for the connection of green areas on the river Kallang]
Singapore, a city located in southeast asia, during the last years has opted for a sustainable and green development, which is reflected in the contemporary architecture of the site. Through green facades and large areas of public space tinted with green, the city offers us a syncretism between a 21st century urban style and natural landscapes that take us back to a more natural life.
Located on the river Kallang, next to the Singapure sport center, Between Park focuses on the union of two large green areas separated by a river. The project recreates a natural space that is understood as the continuation of the parks respecting the vision of development of Singapore.
Access to waterfront had became important theme in urban design and in architectural proposal. Between Park suggest design by providing additional space for recreational usage, as a social and cultural gathering space near water. It does not only benefit surrounding environment via its function of connection, but creating  space for human activities for accessing to water and space above.
