The former site of this new development was a large defunct interior mall. Working with the city and a developer we developed a new city center that included retail, office, and residential uses. This development is now thriving with visitors and residents alike.
At the center of the project is a community gathering area that includes a skating rink and is surrounded by restaurants and retail.
