This is one of the first Ikea kitchens to be used in my renovation of the kitchen and dining room of a High Park duplex.  There is a large deck outside the French doors, leading from the dining room.  City of Toronto permits were required for all work.  I also did the reno of the kitchen for the lower-level apartment.  It is not shown here.
