"Los Bokados de Ana" is a brand of desserts and home cooking made by the Sánchez Carrero family.
Ana, the grandmother of the family, is well known for cooking all her recipes with lots of love and dedication.
The brand already had its logo, and by combining the important concepts with its already established image, this looping animation was created in After Effects:
PROJECT BREAKDOWN:
To animate the logo, I used the After Effects "3D" feature, and added a camera to make the zoom transitions look more fluid and high quality. I also used the Puppet pin tool to animate the ribbon and make it look like it falls naturally after being tied to the ladle.
After that, I got into Premiere Pro to do some sound design. The background music had to be relaxing, pleasing to the ear and match the whole feeling of home cooking full of family love.
And for the finishing touches, I added some subtle sound effects to simulate the ambient sounds of the kitchen, such
as the bubbling of desserts cooking and the tapping of
the wooden spoon when a dish is ready.
