Moral Conflict 1939 Reboot

Moral Conflict 1939 Original

What Was Broken

There were over 300 pieces to this game, and so the setup took a very long-time, even longer if it was your first time.
The board was very complex, to many colors, and the information was overwhelming to the players.
The board was very wide; it made it difficult for the players to interact with each other because the space between each player was not evenly distributed.
The battle board was overwhelming to players because of the information and color contrast.

How I Fixed it

I reduced the pieces and added cards to represent them on the game board.
I created a grid layout of hexagons, and reduced the colors and added bold lines between each territory to make the game board more approach able to the player.
I cut the game board into a circle, so that every player could easily interact with each other with the even space.
I presented concise options for the player to make, displayed information relating for battling, and created greater color contrast.
