I was hired by BFY productions to design the cover to their new project DEFY. Three years in the making, DEFY is a visual overdose of wakeboarding at it's highest level. This double disc documentary is about wakeboard phenom and 4 times X-games gold medalist Danny Harf.

Known as the biggest film festival in all of action sports, X-Dance celebrated its 12th anniversary in Salt Lake City, Utah on January 12-15. DEFY, The Danny Harf Project was one of 30 films selected from over 100 submissions, and stood alone as the only selection from the sport of wakeboarding this year.

BFY's Sean Kilgus was stoked to see DEFY become nominated for five awards including: Best Core Film, Best Cinematography, Best Editing, Best Soundtrack and Best Biography and went on to win the category of Best Soundtrack.
