Golden Reef Milling has been selling top qualityflour for years … but it was time to take it up a notch and re-brand! Thisfifth generation farm promises nothing added & nothing removed from harvestto shelf.
The client approached Lovelab to design packaging for BIO-WHEAT flourthat would sell the wholesome ‘farm lifestyle’, and remind users of a bygoneera where life seemed to pass by slower. The legacy inherited by the farmer’schildren is what was deemed most important when discussing the brief.
Thefarmer’s son gave the designer a hand drawn picture to use as inspiration forthe range of colours used in the packaging. Fun, spontaneousphotos of the farmer’s children (photographedby Annemari Ruthven) were incorporated onto the packaging.
