Worldwide Welshman's New Year Orchestra, was recorded in Ghent at the turn of the decade, during the annual gathering of folk musicians & dancers known as Folk Marathon.
The New Year Orchestra is an epic amalgamation of Worldwide Welshman’s Belgian & German lineups, the Red Transit Van Band, London pals from the Flotsam Orchestra, an improvised string section, and invited & uninvited-but-welcome stage-invaders.
