ENTRE EN SEINE
GENERATE SOCIAL LINKS ON URBAN LANDS

Entre en Seine is an urban event developed within my diploma project which explored « urban utility design ».

Entre en Seine aims to generate social links in the city and to contribute to the appropriation of the Seine banks. In a sassy tone, the event promotes meetings by offering a public display of words drawn from conversations, frozen instants through writing, etc.  The public presentation of those personal contents provoke different reactions, from smiles to intense conversations. In parallel, a series of illustrated tablecloth are installed to create a convivial atmosphere. Fist step of introduction of identification marks between users and their city. Each suggested element represents an activity practiced on the banks. It is delivered in a simple, functional and multi-purpose packaging (bag, seat, …). This whole process is backed up by a communication campaign with posters and cards…
