So the "Clock" represents time and the "Bleeding Heart with Nails" represents the number of heart breaks:-
• The pain of loving someone who doesn't love you back but still tell's you " I love You".
• The pain of loving someone who cheats on you. • The pain of body shaming. Partners that body shame your scares, shape, skin color , height etc.
• The pain of being left by someone you love for no reason.
• Pain of loosing your partner to death.
