This is an academic project in my faculty, the suggested site of the residential building is located on the green river at the New Capital City.
The design provide distinctive housing units and be well connected with the surrounding environment, The design provide 20 residential apartments and 16 villas with areas ranging from 180 m^2 to 220 m^2
