Responsibilities: Improving the candidate experience to make them feel more confident to join or to consider another role at GSK. Three high level ideas were prioritised for this brief.
1. 360 Virtual Office Tour - incorporating more innovative tools to create an immersive experience of GSK's Asia House in Singapore.  
2. Emails - transforming emails from plain text to modern dynamic and personalised communications with relevant content.
3. Job Ads - crafting ads into something with more visual content and less plain text across all platforms.
