Norvergence experts believe that extreme weather events occurring in Norway are increasingly threatening human life there.
For the period 1900-2008, the annual mean temperature in Norway has expanded by about 0.9°C. Reliant on topographical area, the expansion in annual temperature ranges from 0.5 to 1.1°C. The biggest increment is found during spring, where the mean temperature has expanded by 0.7-1.4°C.
