Unlike subtropical regions, which are characterized to varying degrees by temperature changes, in a tropical climate the temperature remains relatively constant throughout the year, as fluctuations for different seasons prevail as a result of precipitation. The tropical climate has only two seasons, which are the dry season and the rainy season. Changes in the angle of incidence of sunlight are small in tropical climates, where, as a rule, there is no frost. In the tropical climate zone, there are various subtypes of tropical climate that are based on rainfall. Below are three main varieties of tropical climate.
