Mazeej 70's Coffee

Mazeej creative concept:

It is a mix between the taste of the original Arabic coffee and the 70's in Egypt, this mixture in everything colors and its relationship to taste, lines and its expression of originality, characters and its relationship to the mental image of coffee lovers.

I worked on this project from the beginning of the idea to the sketches until going out with an art direction. My goal from the beginning was not to show the 1970s, but my goal was to link the coffee drink to the characters we love in the history of Egyptian cinema.

Tawfiq El-Dakan is an Egyptian comedian, who linked him to light roast coffee, using one of the best of his characters called " Al baz Afendy"
Mahmoud Abdel Aziz is an Egyptian actor who plays various roles, so I linked him to medium-roast coffee, using one of the best of his characters called " Mazagangy"
Farid Shawky is an Egyptian actor, who linked him to dark roast coffee, using his nickname in the cinema "Wahsh Alshasha"
