About me
My name is Hannah, I am 21 years old. I am a Motion Designer and Filmer based in London. I completed my Motion Graphics Degree at Ravensbourne University London in summer 2020. Throughout my studies, work experience and experimentations, I developed my skills through animation, graphic design, advertising, branding, film and photography, and look forward to progressing in these areas.
I am a ambitious designer and always push myself to create the best concepts that show my overall flare. I strive to improve my work every time I create a new project. Throughout my projects I love creating narratives and bringing emotion to ensure that I engage the audience. My skills base includes 2D animation, film, advertising and 3D design.

The OA Title Sequence

I created a title sequence for my university personal project, for the Netflix series ‘The OA’.
The narrative of my title sequence starts with a nebula. We then travel through a door that opens to another dimension, to reveal a new dimension of our solar system and the reveal the program logo. We then travel through a black hole to a worm hole that reveals the main cast of the show. The worm hole depicts ‘The OA’s soul travelling to the rings of Saturn when she is having an NDE (near death experience) as that is where her soul goes when this occurs in the series. As she comes back from her NDE, her soul travels through to another version of herself in a different dimension and through the mysterious rose window, that is foreseen in season two of ‘The OA’, that is linked to another dimension of our world with different versions of ourselves.
'California Gurls' Lyric Video

This was mu university project for Motion Typography. I created a lyric video to ‘California Gurls’ by Katy Perry. The aim of the unit was to demonstrate the advanced typographic skills and creativity of a graduate entering the motion graphic industry, My lyric video is about California and making people want to book a ticket and go there, as that’s why Katy Perry created the song with the influence of the song Empire of State by Jay-Z. My interpretation for the lyric video was Katy talking about all the thing she did in California through posts she had posted on her social media feed, and was planning on sending the visuals which were photos to her family.
