This piece is a promotional campaign for the State Parks in Oklahoma. Oklahoma has over 50 state parks with varying types of land and geography. The goal of this campaign was to encourage people to explore the diversity in the State Parks. I chose to split the state into quadrants, with each section generally representing a different land feature. For each quadrant I picked one state park to feature in a brochure and to represent the land features in that quadrant. The entire campaign includes: a logo for the state parks, a logo for each representational park, a poster explaining the land diversity, and a look book that feautres each park. All the logos were handrawn to create a natural concept. The hand-drawn lines and patterns were also used to create and represent the simplest contours of each quadrant's geography. Go Explore!
