This welcome email was drafted from scratch, and crested to echo the voice of the company - friendly, service oriented and creative. 

The illustration is hand made, with a focus on birds to highlight the main brand logo of the company. At the same time, there is focus on keeping it light, airy and decluttered. We wanted to keep the focus on the message.
