The Unbearable Lightness of Being

The Unbearable Lightness of Being, a novel written by Milan Kundera, about two women, two men, a dog and their lives in the 1968 Prague Spring period of Czechoslovak history. The story represent soviet aesthetic, contains a lot of philosophy references, alongside with authors own thoughts about love and hate, body and soul, lightness and heaviness. Every illustration is like a visual rebus to be read and decoded by reader alongside with the texts.
