An office is a room or part of a building in which people work, especially sitting at tables with computers, telephones etc., usually as a part of a business or other organization, according to Cambridge Dictionary. 

As it was attached to some department, institutions or corporations, it has an identity which symbolize the whole institution or company. It is either belongs to a state government or perhaps private owned. 

A company is an organization which sells goods or services in order to make profits. In order to achieve that profit, supporting the work performance of every single employee sitting and working for the company, design speaks and solving any matter related to human productivity. 

JM. National Central Office was found in 1984. Working on building infrastructure, one of the major project they are building is Highway Road constructions. The company itself is the mother corp of some other company which dealing in some other department of the country, some of them owned by civilians who have some holdings around the company. 

The company itself was divided by some departments. The current designed office was made for Human Capital and Resources Department. The department itself was divided by three different division, that is Human Capital Service, Human Capital Development, and Learning Institute. The three divisions has so much differences, based on what they are dealing with. The current office design is made for Human Capital Service division. It is the strictest and  the most individual working style among the three divisions, therefore one of the task is creating a less working pressure ambience, and liven it up.

Exposing employees with natural approaches is the main idea of applying vertical plantations on the walls. Optimizing natural daylight into the office room, and also semi natural materials combination appliance, will keep employees mental health, and reducing work pressures eventually. 

When it comes to office design, functionality and productivity is inseparable aspects to become a prominent priority, the others will follow.
