Introduction

Himmaty is a SMS (School Management System) app that manage data and transactions. Himmaty was made for Qudurati Center, a special needs kids foundation, owned by Saudi Government.

There is a qualification for the special needs kids to be able to utilize this education services from Qudurati. They have to passed the standardized examination, that held by the specialists.

This whole operating system managed by Himmaty. It is easier for schools to keep track of information such as attendance records, the status of homework, maintenance of discipline, how well the students are doing with this app. Himmaty digitize all the paperwork to make it easier to manage, supervise, and efficient.

Challenges

Finding the most suitable standards for the special needs school management system. We need to come out with better solutions than the initial version, that less in details and transparency. Since the services system was specifically made, the modules become unique, where there is a collaborative involvement between parents and the school itself. Also there is too many paperwork that waste a lot of time, and making it hard for them to organize all of the information and data.

We define the problems, turn it into specific details, and digitize the paperworks. We try to find the most suitable solutions by creating a seamless application, that showing the details needed, transparent data so it will be easy to use for parents, specialist, and the school itself.
