This is the 2016 Volunteer Newsletter for the CT Veterans Legal Center. Working with the CVLC staff, the newsletter followed their current design standards and went through various editions before being printed and distributed. All photographs have been converted into black and white images. The volunteer spotlights are some of the few colored highlights.
