HERITAGE DOCUMENTATION | RURAL NARRATIVES

The exhibition was a group effort that included everyone along with the active role of the villagers to make it successful. Since the exhibition would be run by women of the village, it will surely benefit the whole community in the long run. My role as a creative was to note stories through interaction with the locals and also documenting visual stories that could be later used for panels, website and zines. This project was a wonderful learning experience where I got to do field research and study cultural heritage along with working on heritage documentation, creative and wildlife photography and finally, writing captions for She-a zine; Never knew I could rhyme.
