The first project of second year focussed on the short story 'The Canterville Ghost' by Oscar Wilde. The brief of this project was to find and survey to scale a exterior that could be used in the film and then to design the interior sets for a chosen storyboard sequence. 

For the exterior of my set I chose the location Dorney Court in Windsor. I visited and scaled this to used for the exterior of the Canterville House. 

For this project I designed the grand entrance hall, master bedroom and living room/ library. This followed my storyboard sequence strongly giving value as to why I chose the sets I did. Below are a set of hand drawings (at the moment I cannot scan them in, but as soon as this is possible I will change the images).

For the next stage, I created a 1:50 scale model of the exterior and three main rooms.

Finally to complete the project are three sketchup, twilight and photoshop visuals.
