Final Concept Idea

Initial proof of 3D concept I defined
Canvases sketched by me for improved model created using adjustments
Side treatment intent sketched over model for me to then surface
Intended reflections photoshopped on top then taken in to Alias
Detail adjustments for my final model below
"John got in touch with me 3-4 weeks ago wanting a bit of professional critique and guidance for his folio.
I suggested it might be a good idea to focus on developing a new folio piece to make the best of the lockdown situation - setting himself some new challenges / covering new ground in the process.
Over a series of weekly zoom meetings, he's developed the concept for Kinrara.
From his initial 2D sketch vision he's then gone on to develop a pretty tidy Alias 3D concept model which captures his intended volumes and design character well. I've given a bit of guidance here and there, but all the hard graft has been entirely down to John.
Throughout he's shown great focus, and has really pushed himself.
So, please bear him in mind as future talent to keep an eye on
."
