Assignment
At the midpoint of its $1.3 billion campaign, Dartmouth needed to transform its working list of funding needs into an appealing catalog to be mailed to prospective donors or given to them in person by fundraisers in the field.
Solution
A catalog format designed to kindle an emotional connection with the college and its needs. Photo-rich spreads—organized in “chapters” built around specific programs (athletics, academics, the library, etc.)—tell an immediate, visual story of the impact of Dartmouth’s programs and facilities on the student experience, and reinforce the idea that donors can make a difference.
Results
Positive feedback from donors and from fundraisers using the material, and a request for a second edition.
