I was commissioned by i55 Talenthouse to create a motion graphic video called Barangay Handbook. The video mainly discusses about the book called "Barangay handbook" that can help officials improve their roles in the community. It also discusses about the official's different functions and roles of the officials as well the people in the community. 

The challenge is to create a video that is pleasant, informative and people can easily understand to.
