communication hub promoting what Germany is doing in the African
continent. This ranges from investment in education, the arts, renewable
energy to peacekeeping, among others. They are a purely online-based, and

–specific social media campaigns.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
The International Days campaign is a continuous campaign that features
over an entire year. As they are representing Germany in 23 sub-Saharan
English speaking countries, a lot of their messaging is very political and
policy-orientated. The International Days campaign is designed to feature
lighter content on their social media platforms whilst simultaneously
informing and raising awareness.

OBJECTIVES
The main goal of the International Days Campaign is to add a lighter theme
to The German Info Centre page, veering away from the political content.
To increase followers and aim for qualitative interaction for each post.
The objective is additionally to add a lot of African influences and make
it socially inspiring.

BRIEF
Create illustrative posters representing 9 International Days. The content should be light
and easy to understand, if the topic is a political or controversial topic, rather opt for good
aesthetics and lighter elements around the topic, rather portraying a positive message.

living in harmony. They form an organic bubble that represents community of the
ocean ecosystem.

HUMAN RIGHTS DAY
This concept symbolises how we are still fighting for our rights as human beings, we are still in shackles like a caged bird. However we know our rights and we will keep fighting for what belongs to us “Freedom”.
