O projeto e a amostra de fonte nele usado foram inspirados numa recolha tipográfica.

Um café para leitores e amantes de escrita, esse foi o objetivo do trabalho. A bebida faz parte do quotidiano da nação, de conversas com amigos a momentos a só, está geralmente presente. Criei uma marca de café cultivado e processado em Portugal, chamada “A Palavra”, procurando algo de tradicional e simples com a embalagem em si. O carimbo de um azulejo português foi usado para duas versões, a do Norte de Portugal, o azul sendo diretamente inspirado neles, e a do Sul, cor de vinho com algumas manchas, simulando não apenas a carimbagem mas também a nódoa.

A coffee for readers and lovers of writing, that was the objective of this work. The drink is part of the everyday life of the nation, from conversations with friends to moments alone, it’s usually present. I created a brand of coffee cultivated and processed in Portugal, called “A Palavra” (The Word), looking for something both simple and traditional with the packaging itself. The stamp is from a portuguese tile and was used in two versions, the North of Portugal, the blue being directlu inspired by themselves, and the South, wine coloured with some stains, simulatinh not only the stamping itself but also the taint.
