OnerCrew was founded by a group of ten teenage graffiti artists back in 2007.
“The basic ideology was to hang out, walk around, and write our names on walls”
says Jim, one of the three primarily founders.

As time went by, their quest became more artsy – to spray their tag beautifully on a wall so it would be pleasing to the eye of anyone passing by.
Although graffiti art is a way of self-expression and - most times - aims to socially disturb, the members did not express themselves through their art at the early stages of the crew. It started as squad gatherings – friends hanging out together and doing illegal wall art.
Legal or illegal was never an internal argument, paid commissions were done to gain just enough money to cover their spray can expenses for their illegal excursions.
Thirteen years after their creation, OnerCrew consists of two people: JimOner and ForuOner. A creative duo who is still spraying in the shadows alongside with doing commissioned work for various organizations and brands who want something edgy done in a unique way.
Spend a day with them and believe me your soul will lighten up as they will spark your creativity pushing you to express your self in any means possible.
They will soon be announcing their next big project, as a step to make graffiti art in Cyprus acceptable and accessible to more young artists, giving them the opportunity to express themselves in a safe environment.
