How to cope with stress? – guide for students
This publication aims to familiarize students with the issue of stress and to present effective ways of coping with it. It draws attention to the scale and importance of the problem which is underestimated excessive stress. Understanding the mechanism of stress response will show us how to effectively deal with its excess.

The guide is intended for students. There is a perception that real problems and stress starts from adulthood. From mortgage to stressful job. However, at every stage of life, a person experiences various types of challenges and stressors that are not more or less important than those faced, for example, by our parents. The information from this book taken into account will make us able to pay attention to mental health and to take care of it now – during studies and in the next stages of our lives.
