A long standing passion of mine is creating jewellery. With HELLYEAH! Jewellery a dream came true: In the form of a student project I created a jewellery label, its pieces (necklaces, rings and earrings), the print media, an online shop, as well as the packaging.
The Result: I wanted to create something unseen, crazy, and that I’d like to wear myself. The motives for this jewellery where born quite fast. I chose acrylic glass as the material because of it’s smooth surface and the huge colour palette. The glass plates then get cut with a laser cutter. To express my joy on this project I named it HELLYEAH! Jewellery. With a few objects I created different worlds to stimulate peoples imagination, so they can express their own world by wearing my jewellery. Jewellery beyond your imagination turned out to be the perfect claim. As a background for these worlds I used craft paper to transmit the self-made feeling.
To test my jewellery on the market I started selling them on an online shop platform called DaWanda (the German version of etsy.com). In the end the customer base was far bigger than I thought it would be — Hellyeah! ;)
